U.S. House of Representatives to Vote on Next Federal Package for Business Support

By April 23, 2020No Comments

The U.S. House of Representatives is expected to vote on the next Federal package for COVID-19 business support. Additional funds ($310 billion) would be allocated to the Paycheck Protection Program, with $60 billion set-aside for smaller lenders (community based lenders and mid-sized lenders). An additional $60 billion would be injected into funding for Emergency Injury Disaster Lending (EIDL). For businesses that have not been able to find a PPP banker, there are several on-line lenders that might offer another route.
