Happy Lunar New Year!
Here are some predictions for the 2025 Lunar New Year!
Plus a few updates and offers you may be pleasantly surprised to hear about.
Thank you to CT Holman for his wonderful predictions over the years.
The Year of the Yin Wood Snake
Celebrations begin on Wednesday, January 29 and last until Friday, February 3.
Snake energy is tenacious and careful. As always if you’re a Snake and turning 60,
this is your year! If however you are a Snake and not turning 60, one must be aware.
Snake represents the month of May and marks the beginning of Summer.
It’s a great year to seek out what is most important for you and work diligently to achieve it.
To balance this work, don’t forget to conserve your energy.
The Snake represents the Small Intestine organ which means it is very important to nourish yourself this year.
The Small Intestine is related to the Fire element and is responsible of separating the pure from the impure.
This is why is important to eat light meals, with clean ingredients.
Over indulgence is never recommended, but this year it’s especially important to maintain moderation.
Yin-Wood is associated with grass, flowers, weeds, or vines that can quickly grow and spread. Yin-Wood likes sunshine and can endure strong wind, symbolizing growth, endurance, imagination, innovation, and brainstorming.
This time is one of being flirtatious if single, or furthering your new relationship into deeper, next level realms.
It will be an emotional year leaning towards anger and or passion.
We need to be careful with anger or sudden outbursts of energy. Stay with/in yourself if you experience intense emotional states. Human beings are often confronted with incredible difficulty, you can be ok with it. Explore your feelings but don’t get carried away by them. Use the breath to help release and root yourself back into balance.
“Before 2025, the years of the Tiger, Rabbit, and Dragon are the Wood cycle, associated with creation, innovation, and invention:
2022, the year of the Tiger: focused on AI new ideas.
2023, the year of the Rabbit: saw competition in Generative AI technology.
2024, the year of the Dragon: had leading AI companies training their own AI models.
2025 marks the first year of the Fire Cycle, connected to civilization.
The symbol of the Yin-Wood Snake is like grass or weeds on fire, building up an intensely raging fire.
AI technologies will increasingly merge into our daily working and living environments.” (Quotoed from: https://www.chineseastrologyonline.com/2025-Wood-Snake.htm)
The Year of Yin Wood Snake is a great time to go inward.
Hone and utilize your intuition.
Teach yourself new ways to navigate your inner emotional terrain.
This year is a great time to cleanse and to remain clean.
Whether it’s a parasite cleanse, an old emotional pattern, or a toxic relationship.
It’s also a great year to move your body more. Start a daily yoga routine, qi gong practice or take a weekly hike.
Nature bathing has been proven to be great for our mind, body, and Soul.
Cultivate patience and compassion with yourself and others.
Don’t strike too quickly. Be like a snake and wait patiently, relaxing in the sun.
Weigh all your options especially when making important decisions.
Try not to overthink these techniques.
This year will most likely have more rain, but in some areas, because it is a Yin Wood Year, drought may be possible with intense heat. Be conservative with water use.
We have had a lot of fiery years starting in 2020 and we will continue to build on this forward momentum all the way to 2026: The Year of the Fire Horse. This is a great Wood year to cultivate the tools we will need for what may come. Use your intuition and stay at the tasks at hand.
May you all have health, wealth, and longevity in this upcoming year!
