This class will explain what sound healing is, why it’s effective, then allow participants to personally experience tuning fork and crystal bowl vibrations during the first 30 minutes of class. Claudia will discuss practical ways that you can “tune up” yourself to lighten, brighten your mood and allow stress to melt away. Afterward attendees will experience a 60-minute Sound Session Immersion with Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, and a Moon gong. Bring your own mat, blanket, or pillow for your comfort if you prefer to lie on the floor. Sitting in a provided chair is an option. Experience relaxing bliss!
