Women’s Carpentry Class

Dream of building your own home, have projects you want to build– like raised beds, shelves etc. or just wanting to feel confident to pick up some tools and fix stuff around the house? In one weekend of hands-on instruction, you will learn the basics of carpentry and leave feeling empowered to tackle creative projects!

Classes are small group sizes, outdoors and all tools and materials are provided, in addition to some informational handouts. A class of 10 is the absolute max class size (we will try to keep it to 8). All classes have an emphasis on how each building project can inform the next one you are working on as each will cover the basic principles of carpentry, safety, and how to understand and use all the necessary tools.

Cost is $250 for a weekend. Discounts offered to groups and nothing is more fun than getting a group of your friends together for an empowering and fun workshop together. One scholarship and one worktrade available per class.
