BBQ @ Salant Family Ranch

Join us at the beautiful Salant Family Ranch for an evening of local food, camaraderie, libations, and music! Enjoy burgers from the ranch while engaging with friends and neighbors and meeting new people. Get your table to bid on a pie for dessert!

Electric Eel will play an acoustic set of music with the Little Applegate river as a backdrop.

Tickets include your meal (a burger plus two sides) and a drink ticket. Additional drinks available for purchase.

Pies must NOT require refrigeration, should be baked in a pan that will be donated along with the pie, and bakers are encouraged to use mostly local ingredients to help celebrate the flavors of our valley.
