Sharing the Spirit of America, ALL AGES

Sharing the Spirit of America” is a nationwide simultaneous reading of the Declaration of Independence on July 8, 2026, at 3:00 PM PDT to mark the 250th anniversary of its first public reading. Please arrive at 2:30 to receive your copy of the text. After the reading, John Frohnmayer will lead the group in a singalong, and the Friends of Ruch Library will host an ice cream social.
