Hello! My name is Cara Mattern and I grew up in Williams, residing now in Applegate. I grow my own herbs and vegetables and in the winter I buy organic herbs locally sourced if possible.
I use honey and maple syrup for any sweeteners. Some of my products include Caesar dressing, Chimichurri, Pesto, Ginger tahini dressing/dip, Thai peanut sauce, Spinach artichoke dip, chocolate truffles .
