The accounting and office administration specialist position is a half- to full-time, non-exempt position with the Applegate Partnership. In this position, you will contribute to our successful team efforts and assist the Executive Director in managing business operations including but not limited to entering accounting transactions, tracking grant income and expenses, payroll entries, assisting in human resource management, providing year-end reports to Certified Public Accountant who prepares federal and state tax returns, preparing meeting notes, and assisting in maintaining office equipment and supply inventories.
