Join the Siskiyou Crest Coalition in a celebration of the wild nature of the Siskiyou Crest—its beauty, recreational offerings, cultural history, and ecological significance, July 14-16. We will have a day of guided hikes on July 14 followed by two days of an art show, poetry readings, music and panels of scientists speaking about the Crest. Native American Joe Scott will speak as will outstanding keynote speakers, David Rains Wallace, author of The Klamath Knot, Michael Kauffmann, author of Conifer Country, and Luke Ruediger, author of The Siskiyou Crest: Hikes, History, and Ecology. Plus music byAlice DiMicele and Windsong!
Everything will center on the Crest. Attendance is free.
