Effective August 19, Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest Moves to Extreme Fire Danger
As high daytime temperatures and increasingly dry conditions persist in southwest Oregon, the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest is moving to “Extreme” fire danger on all five Ranger Districts.
The Industrial Fire Precaution Level will remain at Level 2, Public use restrictions both on the RRSNF and on the Wild and Scenic Lower Rogue River will also remain unchanged, at this time.
Fire danger will move to Extreme at 12:01 a.m. August 19, 2020.
