Current Oregon Public Health Emergency Response Activation Level:
Level 1 for COVID-19: The highest level of response reserved for critical emergencies including full AOC/ECC activation. The Oregon Public Health Division assigns the largest number of staff possible to work on response. Incident leadership decides when a lower level of response is needed.
