Teen Comic Con-test, 13+ YRS

Teens will be given supplies to draw and write their own graphic novel or comic book and submit it as an entry to win a graphic novel. Prizes will be given for both text and art. The twist? All entries must include a second language in addition to English, but the language can be a real language or a fictional one!
