What to Expect in a Sound Bath Workshop
- Gentle Opening & Intention Setting: The session often begins with breathwork, light stretching, or guided meditation to prepare the body and mind for deep relaxation.
- Immersive Sound Journey: Participants lie comfortably on a yoga mat or cushion while a practitioner plays a variety of healing instruments, such as:
- Crystal singing bowls (each tuned to a different chakra)
- Tibetan bowls (for grounding and deep relaxation)
- Gongs (for powerful energetic shifts)
- Chimes, tuning forks, or drums (to clear and balance energy)
- Deep Relaxation & Energy Clearing: As the sound vibrations resonate through the body, they help release tension, stress, and stagnant energy, allowing for deep rest and inner balance.
- Integration & Closing Circle: After the sound bath, participants slowly return to a waking state, often with a brief discussion to integrate the experience.
