Eggscellent Eggs! Quiche, Frittata, and Puff Pastry Baked Eggs

Josephine County Farm Collective is excited to offer this FREE cooking class at Jefferson Farm Kitchen with Chef Kristen. In this hands-on cooking class we will cover how to use spring produce for three simple and nourishing recipes, focusing on eggs as our main protein. The class will include a pie crust recipe for quiche, variations on each dish for dietary accommodations and tips on how to prepare meals ahead that can be frozen for quick meals later on. All recipes will be included to take home with local produce and egg options for you to and make again and again!
