Come join us to learn how to design, care for and build your own board to upscale your next gathering. Create your simple spread into a feast for the eyes and a delight for the taste buds. The easy and creative garnishes and spreads – artfully arranged among fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses, crackers, and breads – are endless.  In addition to demonstrating these skills, we’ll also show you how to make your own soft cheese.

Join us, spark you imagination with the unique ideas we’ll share with you! And, for you and your family to enjoy your Charcuterie board you create in class, we’ll show you how to travel home safely with your board.
