DESCRIPTION:Southern Oregon’s third annual VegFest will take place at Tikkun Olam Farm Sanctuary from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Sunday\, June 8\, 2025\, at 460 Hartley Road in Phoenix. \nAdmission\, parking and all events for kids and adults are free. \nVisitors can meet new sanctuary residents during two 40-minute animal tours beginning at 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. \nSouthern Oregon VegFest will host more than 40 vendors again this year\, including plant-based chefs and bakers\, local artists and jewelry makers\, animal advocates and local nonprofits. \nLive music will play throughout the day\, and a wine and beer garden will be hosted by Sound & Vision Wine Co. and Gold Rush Brewing. \nFree activities include family-friendly yoga classes\, sanctuary animal tours at 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.\, hay rides\, a children’s craft corner\, a bounce house\, face painting\, lawn games and more. \n* Please note: NO animals allowed. SUMMARY:Southern Oregon Veg Fest
DESCRIPTION:Southern Oregon’s first-ever Veg Fest will take place at Tikkun Olam Farm Sanctuary (TOFS) at 460 Hartley Road in Phoenix on Sunday\, June 11\, 2023\, from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  \nThe Southern Oregon Veg Fest will host 30 vendors and offer live music\, cooking demos\, sanctuary tours\, hay rides\, a beer garden hosted by Portal Brewing Company\, a raffle for a chance to win SO Veg Fest and TOFS merchandise\, and a silent auction featuring animal paintings from Dana Feagin Art\, a gift card for Medford’s RetroWormhole\, and animal-themed books and gifts from Ashland Creek Press.  \nVendors will be showcasing products including vegan foods\, baked goods\, kombucha\, beauty products\, jewelry\, and animal-themed art\, books\, and photography. Also exhibiting are animal advocacy organizations\, including FOTAS\, and plant-based martial arts and medical practitioners. \n“We are so excited to be hosting Southern Oregon’s first Veg Fest. Ever since we started TOFS\, we have wanted to create opportunities for our local community to come together and to share our sanctuary with others\,” said Hadassah DeJack-Reynolds\, founder and executive director of TOFS. “Veg Fest will most certainly be a great place for this to happen.” \nThe event is free and open to all. Sanctuary donations are welcome\, and raffle tickets supporting the sanctuary are $3 for five tickets.
