Once the sky is dark enough\, a BLM biologist will lead a bat walk and PPRV will run a demonstration on the marvel of moths. She received her yoga training at Authentic Yoga Teacher Training and Arizona Vedic Chant in Scottsdale\, Arizona\, and her naturopathic medical training at Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Tempe\, Arizona. She is currently working on her PhD in the Quantum Science of Integrative Medicine through the University of Technology in Jaipur\, India.

DESCRIPTION:Poetry for the People\, a project started by Lisa Baldwin (Josephine County) and Seth Kaplan (Jackson County)\, has their culminating celebration of a six-month series of readings and open mic sharing of poems meant to defend our democracy\, encourage civil discussion\, and bring us together in community. Three events have taken place in Jackson County and three in Josephine County. It is fitting to hold this final gathering in the Applegate during the Jacksaphine Count(r)y Fair on Saturday\, Sept. 27th\, 3 – 5pm\, at Red Lily Vineyard. \nAs our growing community of folks who appreciate how poetry can connect us\, bring us understanding\, and boost our spirits in troubling times\, we invite you to join us as we gather to celebrate our successful run. The more you play\, the better chance you have of winning prizes! \nThe Monday Hub\, along with the Latigo Community Supper Club\, will be serving handmade food & beverages for all\, with a mix of locally harvested farm foods. There will also be a silent auction with an impressive selection of items from local makers and beyond.
