She has been teaching yoga for 15 years and a practicing naturopathic physician for 10 years. She received her yoga training at Authentic Yoga Teacher Training and Arizona Vedic Chant in Scottsdale\, Arizona\, and her naturopathic medical training at Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Tempe\, Arizona. She is currently working on her PhD in the Quantum Science of Integrative Medicine through the University of Technology in Jaipur\, India.

The emotions live in Headquarters\, the control center inside Riley’s mind\, where they help advise her through everyday life. As Riley and her emotions struggle to adjust to a new life in San Francisco\, turmoil ensues in Headquarters.
