SUMMARY:Applegate After Dark: The Twilight Zone
DESCRIPTION:Applegate After Dark presents “The Twilight Zone: Birds\, Bats\, and Beyond.” \nThe evening will begin with introductory remarks from Applegate After Dark\, Pollinator Project Rogue Valley\, and the Medford District Bureau of Land Management. Once the sky is dark enough\, a BLM biologist will lead a bat walk and PPRV will run a demonstration on the marvel of moths. The night will conclude with guided sessions on astronomy and astrophotography. \nFeel free to bring a camp chair and photography gear if you are interested in astrophotography! \nLight refreshments will be provided. \nTuesday\, September 23rd \n6:30-10pm \nProvolt Recreation Site (14171 Williams Highway\, Grants Pass). \n14171 Williams Highway \nNo registration is required for this event\, but Provolt Recreation Site has a 50 vehicle limit.
