DESCRIPTION:Join us for an all levels yoga class every 2nd and 4th Wednesday. Dr. Rachel Stricker will support you on your yoga journey. The Community Room will open at 8:45 and class will begin promptly at 9:00. REGISTRATION REQUIRED at jcls.org/events. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT. \nDr. Rachel Stricker is the owner of Elevate Medicine Collective in Jacksonville and lives in Ruch with her husband\, sons\, and two dogs. She has been teaching yoga for 15 years and a practicing naturopathic physician for 10 years. She received her yoga training at Authentic Yoga Teacher Training and Arizona Vedic Chant in Scottsdale\, Arizona\, and her naturopathic medical training at Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Tempe\, Arizona. She is currently working on her PhD in the Quantum Science of Integrative Medicine through the University of Technology in Jaipur\, India. \n
